Top Tourist Parks of Australia
Welcome to the newest and largest edition of our directory which brings to you the information you need to know about each of our 190 member parks throughout mainland Australia.
Each of our parks are unique in that they refl ect the character of where they are situated particularly their environmental surrounds. The last twelve months have been diffi cult because of the climatic conditions experienced in many mainland regions and this has had an effect on the maintenance of the surrounds in many of our parks. Unfortunately it appears that the coming twelve months will again be diffi cult for many operators as they battle unseasonal weather conditions and in some cases sever water restrictions. We ask all travellers to appreciate the diffi culties that operators are facing and that not all expectations can be met.
Many member parks have continued to undertake major development works and regular travellers will notice these as they tour throughout Australia using many of our Top Tourist member parks.
2007 also sees an increase in the value of the discount received by Top Tourist Club members when using any of our member parks. The discount will now be 10% up to the value of $25 per stay. If you are not a member of our club already, you may join at any member park or by fi lling out the application form in the back of this directory and forwarding to our head offi ce. Club members are reminded that they need to show their Club Member card on arrival at the park to receive the discount.
Similar to last year, member parks have continued to be sold and with this can come a change to the rates printed within the directory. I would advise everyone to check prices when making a booking.
Also while travelling take the opportunity to enter our ‘free’ Holiday Pass competition and you could become one of the six lucky winners who get to win $500 of travel vouchers to spend in any Top Tourist member parks during the next twelve months. To be eligible for the competition collect an entry form from any member park and then lodge the completed form at the next Top Tourist Park in which you stay.
When on the road look for the familiar blue and yellow triangular Top Tourist sign for your next place to stay.
